What Jonas's pass showed, and how to use this round

Your first-pass arrows were captured the moment you finished — they ride along in the export untouched. What you adjust from here is your considered second read. Change an arrow only where the comparison genuinely persuades you; where you still disagree with Jonas, keep your arrow where it is and say why in the note box — the disagreements are the most valuable thing this exercise produces.

How Jonas read the set. His four amber (elevated) days were the same four days the scoring tool rates hardest — strong agreement at the top. His single no-go was the day with an active storm cell near the fire, and he flagged that one as a hard stop in its own right, regardless of everything else on the card: "an active cell within 15 NM should be a No-Go item on its own." That's now a live proposal — treat it as a question put to you.

Where his judgment and the tool part ways — worth your independent eye rather than automatic agreement:

• Days deep into a long duty stretch sat higher in his ordering than the tool puts them — fatigue weighs more in his gut than in the current numbers.
• The late-evening reload day: he places fading light plus a high sortie count well above what the individual pieces add up to.
• The trainee-with-check-captain day he places noticeably higher than the tool does.
• When several storm signs stack on one card (convection, column, smoke, stale brief), he reads them as one weather picture rather than four separate additions.

Mechanics: a hollow arrow marked J now shows Jonas's placement on every gauge, with his band, top drivers, and any note.
